linking to an mp3

I made an mp3 of a short section of a tv program for my site. Here's
the link:

If I download the file, and click on it, it plays on wimamp in my
computer and is 9:25, the correct length.

But if I click on the link itself, realaudio plays it on my computer,
and it's only 8:25, with the beginning and end cut off.

Please help.

I believe you need to make a media player play list file, even if it
contains only one song/ track, etc.
