linking tables from different servers

Hi,
I linked a few tables from different databases that
resides on the different servers, but it gives error
message if user's computer is not mapped the server.
Is there any way to link these tables without mapping
drive to servers? I don't want to use drive letters since
they can be changed or disconnected by users.
How I can use ODBC connection for linking tables?

Try something like:
"\\ServerName\then Path to DB foder\"

Yep,

When you link it using the browse window, go to the network location via the
"network places" rather than your mapped drive and make the selection that
way.
