Linking Subforms

I am writing a Real Estate Database which consists of several tabs on a main
form. All the tabs are linked together by PK, PIDNo. What is the best
practice when trying to edit the subforms? In some instances I have a
mainform, subform, and a second subform. Please advise

Do you mean a subform has a subform of its own, or that the main form has
two subforms? Are the subforms on the tabs? I'm not sure what you mean by
"best practice". It depends on what you need to do. Is there as specific
problem?

I have one main form, with several subforms, owners, revision, etc., etc. on
individual tabs. The subform "owners" has another subform, "parcels" form
in it. After I enter the data into the owners subform and I then want the
option to go back and make a correction to a parcel on another day what is
the best way to edit the subform within the subform?

Why not just navigate the subform until you get to the record that needs
editing, and change it? Are you asking how to find a particular record in
the parcels subform? Is there a relationship between the main form's record
source and owners, and between owners and parcels?
Some description of the database's purpose (just an outline for now) would
be helpful.
