linking one worksheet to another

How can I make one worksheet to exactly follow/link to another
worksheet in the same workbook?

Also
I can link one column in a worksheet to another column in another
worksheet, but all the blanks in the original column appear as 0's.
How may I fix this?

In Sheet2!A1:
=IF('Sheet1'!A1="","",'Sheet1'!A1)

Copy down and across as necessary
