Hi - This is quite difficult!
How can I go about Linking (not-importing) docs with drag and drop. Also,
is there a way to change the stored folder of the docs to a new predetermined
folder when the file is linked? One more, is there a way to rename the file
based on conditions of the form.

For example: If I recieve a attachment in an email and the attachment is a
"Letter", how can I drag the attachmet from my email (or other folder) and
drop it into a subform called "Letters" (which embeds the doc currently) but
instead of embeding the doc it not only creates a link to it but also moves
the file into a predetermined folder. In addition, Access would change the
name of the file to a certain number in the "mainform" followed by a hyphen
"Letter" - signifing that it came from the Letter subform.

File Name: 60152-Letter

I also have other suforms like request, and when I drag a doc into the
Request form it is Linked, Moved, and Renamed to 60152-Request.

Thanks for any help you can give,

~MarcTA
