Linking Items in the Combo Box or List Boxes

Hi, This might be a repeat post. Please help. I asked the same stuff in an
earlier post and got a nice reply for one part.

The help for the second part still has not arrived.

How to link Items in comboboxes or list boxes? Like in a Box if I chose
Obama, in another adjacent box it should come "president of America as a
prompt.

Is it possible to create more than one coloumns in one combobox? If yes how?

Please help. With regards
