Linking existinng Emails and calandar entries to Contacts

I know this can be done, but for the life of me I have not figured out how
to do this simply.

I want to link Emails I have sent and recieved as well as Calandar items to
related contacts.

I don't want to send a notification to the person that I have scheduled the
meeting (as it may already have occurred)

I have Outlook SP2

Thanks for any help out theer

On appointments, use the Contacts box at the bottom of each item's window.

For messages, use View | Options. Note, though, that the Activities tab of a contact automatically shows messages to and from that contact's email addresses without the need for manual linking.
