Linking data from sheet to sheet?

Hello. I am trying to create a dynamic interview form. The spreadsheet
will consist of two sheets one for the static information form layout
and the second containing the many different available questions to be
added to the static form. Is it possible to be able to select certain
questions from sheet 2 and have them automatically entered on to sheet
1 ( the form). Thanks for the help here.

type an = (equal sign) and then point at the cell that holds your "master"
question.

Kind of like Copy|paste special|paste link.
