Linking Data from Access To Word

Good afternoon,
What I trying to do is complicated to me, maybe not
everyone else. I have an access database that has
information about Marines in my squadron (i.e. Name,
Height, Weight etc). I also have a 10 page word document
that I have to input some of their information into from
time to time. It's the same info every time and there has
to be an automatic way to do it. Can I export some access
data (their Name, SSN, Height and Weight) to certain
fields of the word document. That would be outstanding if
it can be done. Please let me know if anyone can help, or
give me any suggestions. Thank you for your time.
