Linking CSV with Timestamp

In a current project, I have to use Forest and Trees(ugh). I am
exporting some reports out into CSV format. I am having problems with
the field showing as #Num! after I link them. The field type is
Date/Time and the format on the CSV file is as follows:

12/28/2005 11:54:00 AM

Is there a certain format that it needs to be in?
