Linking Combo boxes to one another

I'm trying to setup a series of combo boxes that would
provide a greater degree of specification each step. Lets
say for example that I had a combo box with a list of
countries. I would like it so that if I select "US", the
next combo box would allow you to pull from a list of US
states, but if I select "Canada" it would select from a
list of Canadian provinces and so on. Any ideas on how to
do this?
