Linking appointments in users calendar ?

It's possible to link an appointment of an user in another user calendar to
have a dinamically update of appointment without replicate the information
ev'ry time ?

For better understanding..... like the link to file in file system.

No, but the user who creates the appointment could send it as a meeting
request and send updates as needed.

I knew the meeting request functionality but I hoped in linking
appointments.
