Linking a Task to a contact - Outlook 2007

I do NOT use the BCM, just the regular Outlook...When I have a task
scheduled, I would like to be able t open the task and link it to a contact.

In 2003 version, you would see the contacts tab at the bottom of the task
field

I cannot figure out how to do it in this version.

tools options, contact options... show contact linking
