Linked Tables No Longer Show Up in Link Table Mgr Display

The tables that are linked are no longer displaying in Linked Table Manager.
The tables are linked, however, as I can open them up. Anyone have any ideas?

Re-register accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where Access 2003
is installed)

Regsvr32 "path\ACCWIZ.DLL"
