Linked Table

I have several linked Excel tables in Access that reside in a folder I want
to rename. How do I rename the folder without damaging the links. When I
try to rename the folder, Access can no longer find the path. Thanks in
advance.

Relink your exceltables using 'linked tablemanager'. Only thing you have to
do is select excellinks and choose "prompt for new location" and relink (you
will be prompted for the new location).

Thank you. It looks like I can only update one table at a time though. I
have about 200 tables in this folder and don't want to re-link them one by
one. I was hoping I could just reference their new folder, but it makes me
select a certain file in the folder to move forward. Any ideas?

Did you do a select all when using the linked table manager? If you only
selected the Excel files which are linked and they are all in the same folder
it should aonly ask you once what the new dir. is and then relink them all.
If you've selected also the tables from your db it might ask you for each
inidvidual object to be relinked.
