Hello:
I'm in desperate need of your help!!! I have created an
excel document containing data sheets for up to 50
graphs. Then I linked the resulting graphs to a master
powerpoint presentation so the presentation would
automatically be updated with each update to the datasheet.
My question: How can I EASILY make a copy of the Master
presentation and turn it into standing data. I wanted to
store Feb. data to not include any future updates that may
take place throughout the year. I believe the
presentation will keep linking to the datasheet unless I
unlink each graph. I'm trying to avoid this as I would
have to do this each month to create the "history" data.
Any suggestions on how to easily turn off the link
function in my "history" document, while not impacting the
master document?
MUCH THANKS!!!!!!!
