Linkbar problem

Check www.aolbrampton.com - the hyperlinks you see on the left & bottom are
supposed to be formatted with style 'Satin'.

You can click on Photo Gallery and check the screenshot to see how it is
supposed to look (it appears this way on my PC).

The site is done in FrontPage 2003 and published using the Publish command.
Server Extensions are enabled on the web server.

What do I need to do to make the linkbar keep the formatting that I see on
my PC?
