Link "view cart" tag to a graphic

Can anyone help me to link a graphic to my view cart store tag? I have found (and got working) html code to put a "view my cart" text on my webpage, but I have a special graphic that I would like to use instead of the obvious text. Unfortunately, I'm still a newbie to all this and have no clue how to make that happen

I'm hoping this will be a refreshingly easy question for someone to answer. :

Drag your picture from the Folder List, and drop it
amidst the text for your existing hyperlink. If you like,
you can then delete the text.
