link to mail recipient doesn't work

Hi,
I have the known problem about right click and send file to a mail
recipient... I saw the solution (default programs...) and I applied it
but it doesn't work anyway... when i right click there is no
response.. no error message, nothing...

any help please?

thx anyway.. found solution, wiped account and created a new one...
