Can I hyperlink a thumbnail to go straight to the larger version - or does
that large version have to be on its own page?
regards,
JacquieCC

Well, the larger version has to be somewhere! Using the thumbnail maker
technique puts it in the top left corner of a browser window that isn't even
a page ... and therefore very boring and amateurish.
Look into Spawn at http://www.jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx

To expound upon ET's response...
If you use the automatic thumbnail feature of FP you have no control over
the "page" the larger image is viewed on (its not really a page).

If you create your own pages for the larger image you can control what your
page looks like etc.

Hi, yes - I thought that was what would be said - I do have spawn so will use
that. Was hoping for some magical answer to eliminate a bit of work - never
mind!

An easy way to do that is to more or less make a standard page that you will
use for all the larger images, name it largephoto.htm. Then open that page,
insert the larger image and SaveAs the page ... snowscene.htm. Then open
that largephoto.htm again and add a different photo and SaveAS
summerscene.htm. That approach will save you a lot of time.

It depends on what you're trying to do...there may or may not be some
majick.

Hi,
basically - I just have photos of hotel rooms - people click on the text
link or thumbnail and see what they could be luxuriating in!
