Link tables in code based on user

I have a database with some confidential information in 3 tables out of 45.
I have user-level security set-up to deny or allow permissions to individuals
based on their login. My boss would like to go a step further and not link
those tables at all based on login. Is this possible? Please help.
 
The TransferDatabase Method allows you to link tables via code.
