Link/Shortcut Bugs in Vista

Clean install of Vista Business and after two days I've noticed that the
recently opened programs list in the Start Menu stopped opening programs that
the "Target" field isn't populated with a path to the execatuble. Second
thing I noticed was that the Device Manager and Change Product Key links in
the Computer/Properties is broke. Seems that others are experiencing similar
issues. No errors, the links and shortcuts just don't work in these
locations. They work fine in other locations. Hope to see a solution soon!!

Solution is that there is a shell context Menu conflict with another program
installed on your system. Do "Method 2" from the following web site to fix
the problem!
