I currently have a table with 1000 clients. Each has a unique ID. If I want
to know, which clients are related to others in the table? How can a create
a somewhat automatic link. Secondly, I would like to be able to pull the
clients name up in a form and see all the clients who are related underneath
in a spreadsheet subform. Is this possible?

lol, Okay
You can create a family code field. Each client can then be assigned a
family code.
Then you can use a query that that sorts the family codes together.
