Link items in a public task folder to a custom designed contact

Two issues. I have designed both a custom contact and custom task. Firstly
i need to see the tasks (ie items)that have been assigned to the contact in
the activities tab. Not clear how to do this with link instructions in help
menu. Secondly, i would like to specify the custom designed task to be used
when assigning tasks for this contact folder. Both are public folders.
 
1) In the properties dialog for the contacts folder, create a new activities group pointing to the tasks folder.

2) The easiest way to do that is to put a command button on the contact and add VBSCript code to it to add a new task in the desired folder.
