Link from Outlook Contact to the Contact folder (not a file)

It would be a usefull facility to tie Outlook Contact addresses, to folders
(not files) setup elsewhere for the specific contact.
Is this possible?

It's not clear exactly what you want to do, but that's what the Outlook
Address Book does with all electronic addresses.
