What I search is an app that allows me to list links from websites so
that I can establish which websites are linked with each other (or not,
or only via a third, forth, etc. website). In the end I can establish a
network graph and see (and can calculate) the quality of the network
(density, stars, bridges, ..)

Thanks for a good freeware hint

Google is an easy way to find one piece of that puzzle. . . to find
sites that link *to* a URL search for the URL - for example:
http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/

results:
Google can show you the following information for this URL:

* Show Google's cache of www.pricelesswarehome.org/
* Find web pages that are similar to www.pricelesswarehome.org/
* Find web pages that link to www.pricelesswarehome.org/
* Find web pages from the site www.pricelesswarehome.org/
* Find web pages that contain the term "www.pricelesswarehome.org/"
