Link Browser?

Recently when I click on a link in Microsoft Office Outlook (Version 2003
sp2) a window appears named "Locate Link Browser".The window shows the "My
Documents" folder. The required link opens OK but the "Locate Link
Browser"window remains and has to be closed manually. Any idea how I might
stop this happening? Thanks,
Seamus Halford.
