Link Bar Problem

My selected link bar style only shows up on subsequent pages after the homepage. On the homepage, a default is used. Why is my selected style appearing? It has done this several times.

The site can be found on its temp. server at http://d260142.u32.thisismyserver.net

It shows just fine on the Home page.
Try deleting your browser cache and try again.
