Link appointments to contact

Up until recently I was using Outlook 2003. When in a contact window I could
set and appointment. When I opened that appointment, I could see the contact
it was linked to.
Now I am upgraded to Outlook 2007. When I open an appointment I don't see
where it is linked to any contact.
I often just use the appointment as reminders to contact a particular
business, so now I have several reminders that don't show who I wanted to
contact.
Am I missing something that is just moved around in 2007?

Tools>Options>Contact Options>Show Contact Linking on All Forms
