link 2 tables from 2 different workbooks

I have 2 diferent files 1 and 2 , both have 1 table and 1 sheet. I want to enter data in the first file and auto should go in the second file.

in your second file enter in the desired cell the equation sign '=' and
locate the source cell in the other file. click ENTER afterwards
 
i know this allready.I need to know , when i type something in the first file, some or all cells should be written auto in the 2'nd file.
 
1'st file(localy stored) is used by someone to write data from the factory(production reports), the 2'nd file (is on the server) is an report that only takes some data from the 1'st file. So i need a solution to do it auto not with "=" , and olso to use excel.
