Lines & rectangles in Access reports

I have an Access (2002) report that has horizontal lines on it, as well as
some frames (rectangles) which group certain areas on the report. When this
report is exported to an RTF document, those lines and rectangles vanish.
Additionally, some of the text in the right set of columns, when it
word-wraps, wraps to the LEFT column on the report, rather then lining up
properly within its own area.

Any ideas about how I can correct this stuff?

You cannot export lines and rectangles to an RTF format. To preserve the
lines and rectangles, try using a Snapshot format or printing to PDF format.

Okay, the SNP format works okay, but how do I print to PDF format? I don't
see that as either an export or print option.

Get a PDF print driver. One of the free ones is CutePDF:

I personally prefer Win2PDF

which is extremely fast, but not free.

another excellent free utility is Stephen Lebans' code which is a converter
for the snapshot format:
