Line interception

I am sure you can find the method in any basic Maths book, possibly year 9
or year 10 text book.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database software), not
Maths.
 
Intercept!!

Y1=f1(x)
Y2=f2(x)

At the Intercept, y1=y2 - ie:
f1(x)=f2(x), hence x....

Excel has and Intercept function INTERCEPT(Known_Y's, Known_X's) This is
not available that I know of in Access. I do find it strange that Excel's
Statistical functions are not available in Access.
