We would love to help but you have not told us the problem.
Try this:
1) starting in A1 enter
Day North South East West
Mon 50 60 90 100
Tue 55 80 95 120
Wed 67 85 90 130
Thur 60 70 80 125
2) Select A1:E5
3) Start Chart Wizard
4) Specify Line chart, for sub-type use first one in second row
5) Finish chart.
Now tell us the problems that need solving
