Line breaks removed in outgoing e-mail signature

All,

When I send an e-mail using Outlook 2003, many, although
not all, line breaks in my signature are removed causing my
name, title, etc. to be pushed into one long line.

I would prefer that each line in the signature to be
preserved. Any ideas why this occurs and how to prevent it?

Thanks in advance,

-Lonnie

You'll see a line at the top of the send message where you can toggle the
removal of line breaks on and of. It doesn't affect the way the message got
send; this is controlled by the receiving client.

Roady,

Thanks for the quick response and sorry for the multi-post
- not sure which newsgroup would be more appropriate so I
decided to err on the safety side.

I understand your response but my question is why some
seemingly random lines breaks are ignored while others are
not.

For example, in signature X, the line break after name
"John Doe" is preserved but the line break following
"Center for X Education" on the next line is ignored and
"Company XYZ" is bunched up right next to it.??

Thanks,

-Lonnie
