Line around textboxes when printing

I have a user that when she prints a document with 3 textboxes, it is
printing with a line around each textbox. The first time she prints the
document, it is fine, but then every time after that, the textboxes print
with borders. When viewing the document - and also in print preview, it
doesn't show any borders. Also, it is set for "No line". Does anyone have
any suggestions?
 
Can you reproduce this in another document?

Also, does it happen if you print to a different printer?
