Limiting Viewing of a WorkSheet

I have a spreadsheet that I have a data worksheet that I need to someho
password protect it so no one can view it as it contains employee dat
(salary,etc). This data is used to calulate several other things o
another worksheet. Any way to password protect the worksheet so no on
can view it
 
I should have mentioned that Excel is not bulletproof
with regard to password protection. It can easily be
undone by anyone with knowledge of VBA. Just be aware of
this.

As Jason wrote, excel's protection is very weak.

If you're putting salaries in that workbook, don't share it.
