Limiting the number of outbound emails per burst

Is it possible to limit the number of outbound emails per burst? Someone told
me that the Outlook default setting is 60. How can it be located and changed?
 
Outlook doesn't have a limit. Your configured SMTP server probably will.
Contact your ISP for your e-mail possibilities.
