Limiting one list box's fields depending on another list box selec

We are trying to create a list box on an input form that would display
subcategories dependent on the main category selected on previous list box.
In our database we have 8 main categories and each category has up to 15
different subcategories.
For instance, if we select "Leadership" main category, then in the next list
box only have the field choices related to "Leadership".
