limiting combo box selection based on another combo boxes selectio

I have been trying to create a form in which i can use a combo box to select
a Vendor, and then select from another combo box one of the Vendor's
contacts. As of now, I have both combo boxes on my form, but I have to pick
through all Vendor's contacts. I would like to apply this formatting in
several areas. I have found an online discussion regarding someone wanting to
narrow trade names displayed for generic names of drugs. I have tried to
apply the same principles to my own situation and have failed to achieve
success, nor have I been able to produce even the same errors as this person.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
