Why is it that all users that have limited priviledges
cannot log onto the Internet using the IE browser? They
get the "this page cannot be displayed" message. This is
for any address it type in the URL line. When I change
them to Administrator rights they can access the Internet
using IE. This is even for new accounts I create. Also,
this just started. Not sure if something was changed on
the system (it is used by others).

Limited users have full rights to use Internet Explorer. There might be
a problem with dial-up connection permissions. Check the dial-up
connectoid from your admin account and make sure it is available for all
users.

If this is broadband always-on, check the Internet Options Connections
tab, LAN Settings button and make sure that a proxy server is not
enabled (or is enabled, if that is what is required).
