Limited accounts accessing email online

On one computer running XP Pro we have multiple logons for limited accounts.
These users need to access a novell email account via the internet (NOT
intrAnet). They can access the login page but after clicking the logon button
get the white 'page not available' message. These accounts work just fine
when I logon as administrator; they just don't work when logged on as limited
users. Please help!

Check your security settings for IE and compare to setting for admin
account.

Thank you for your suggestion. It did not, however, show any differences
between the two accounts. The problem was discovered to be in Norton's
security settings. Go figure.
