If 30 PCs are connected through PtoP network, does XP have any limitation on
sharing files to each other based on PtoP network structure?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

No, not really, as long as you don't blow the concurrent connection
limits. That being said may I add that setting up a 30 PC peer network
is nothing short of madness!

Yes. XP Pro has IIRC a limitation of 10 concurrent connections. XP Pro,
IIRC, is five.

If you need to share files for 30 systems, you should be using a server with
sufficient licenses (or a linux box, which won't require you to purchase
licenses).

Typo, of course. I'm sure you meant XP *Home* is five.

And yes, you remember correctly.
