Limit to size of messages that Outlook can receive?

Is there a limit to the size of messages that will come into Outlook?
Someone sent pictures from a home account to work (Outlook) and it didn't go
through. I know he said there were some large pictures in there. Is there a
way to find it in Exchange or would it have not gone through at all?

The ISP and your company most likely have message size limits. In each
case, call the support (help desk) line and inquire what the size limits
are. Once you have the message size limit, subtract 1/3 from it and you
have a rough idea the biggest message you can send/receive.

By the way, if a server can't accept delivery due to size, then the server
generally will send a notification message back to the sender that the
delivery failed.

Oh and before I forget, companies can implement filtering software where
they could be treating the message as spam or unwanted content. If the
sender didn't get anything back about a failed delivery, maybe your worksite
is doing this.
