Limit Access to Guest Account?

Is there any way I can limit access to certain files to
another User Account? For instance, when I activated the
Guest Account I noticed that you are still able to go
through my files on my hard drive and through my program
files. Is there a way to create a new User Account with
very limited access?

Guest is limited. But you must use NTFS file system to prevent others
from seein your files. With NTFS you can exactly definte who can see
the files and what he can do with them - like, read, write, delete,
etc...
