Lilac windows

Does anyone know where the start up option is for
changing the windows default to boot up in ordinary white
background windows? Mine is sometimes starting up with a
LILAC wash over every other colour. It's driving me mad.

Hi Chris,

There might be a problem with your monitor. There is no option to change the startup colors to Lilac.
