License Question

I have a Windows 2000 Server (50 user license) running as a domain controller.
I would like to add another Windows 2000 Server so it act as a backup

Do i have to purchase another copy of windows 2000 server with the
appropiate licenses??
 
You have to buy the Server license but not the Client licences if you are in
Per Seat Mode.
