License checking on clone disk

Running WinXP Pro I cloned my hd using Ghost and when I
try to boot I get the messwage "A problem is preventing
Windows from checking the license for this computer. Error
Code ox80090006" on the primary drive that was cloned. I
can boot up my cloned backup drive? Strange!
