License Agreement

I am trying to use Micro-Softs Windows Update for Win
2000. There are 2 recommended updates. When I try to
Download and install the "License Agreement" only appears
for an instant and then disppears before I can accept.

I've "updated" this PC several times and had no problem
with accepting the agreement.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a popup stopper installed? If so, disable it for the time being.
