Library not registered ERROR when creating project in VS.NET 2003 arg!!!!!!

My VS.NET IDE just started giving the error below:-
Library not registered ERROR when creating project in VS.NET 2003 arg
urg!!!!!!
Any ideas what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
