I keep getting this error message when connected to the internet. It's very annoying. You get disconnected when this occurs. I use Bellsouth DSL to connect to the internet. I also have ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall installed. Any help will be appreciated.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run one or both of these programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items listed in red-others are
optional.)

Additional information at:
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:

There are other possible causes for the USER.EXE errors, such as outdated
video drivers, a corrupted cache or a conflict with another program.

Hi,

Most probabily, it's a problem with your video drivers. Have a look at

Parasite alert.

IE 6. Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com

and:

SpyBot-S&D
http://security.kolla.de/

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
